At Lea Hoyer we love to help you with special queries, such as an engagement ring, a wedding ring, or a special ring for you. It all starts with a meeting in our showroom or online, where we will discuss the different options and talk about your requirements. 

After our meeting, you will receive a quote for the final price, which must then be approved. Once the quote has been approved, 50% of this amount must be paid in advance before the design process can begin.

Please note that your submission of the order is a legally binding agreement. A binding agreement has been entered once you have paid the deposit. If you do not wish to continue the collaboration after the design process has begun, you will not be refunded the deposit.  
Return: It is not possible to return a specially made order, as the agreement is binding. 

Size Control: If the ring does not fit as expected, Lea Hoyer will cover the cost of resizing within four weeks after receiving the ring. After the four weeks, it costs 800 DKK to change the size of the ring. 

The time frame for a custommade ring will take between 8 to 12 weeks depending on the magnitude.
