All Lea Hoyer jewellery is produced in an ISO 9001:2000 certified factory in Thailand by quality-conscious employees. The factory has a strong focus on the working environment, sustainability, and recycling.

It is important for Lea to have a close relationship with the factory and therefore Lea tries to visit the factory regularly, both to closely monitor the production process and to build a good relationship with the employees.

It is crucial for Lea to work with the best materials, and this is exactly what the production in Thailand provides. More than 90% of our gold comes from recycled sources, with the balance ultimately sourced from ethical miners whose extraction methods and labor practices are regulated, so they never willfully put workers in danger and therefore never use mercury amalgamation extraction methods. Additionally, all diamonds supplied by us are exclusively of natural origin and are untreated. All diamonds come from responsible sources and are not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with relevant UN resolutions.

At Lea Hoyer Jewellery, all silver pieces are made of 925 sterling silver, and our gold-plated jewellery is 925 sterling silver layered with a five-layered gilding in 22 carats.
