Terms and Conditions
When you are shopping at Lea Hoyer Jewellery you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly read through all the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping on www.leahoyer.com.
Postponement of agreement
Please note that your submission of the order is not a legally binding agreement. A binding agreement has only been entered once you have received the invoice on your e-mail.
Payment
Lea Hoyer Jewellery accepts payment methods with the following debit/credit cards:Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Mobilepay and Paypal. The payment will be drawn from your account as soon as your order has been dispatched and is on its way.
All prices on our website are quoted in Danish DKK including 25% VAT.
Delivery
Lea Hoyer Jewellery strives towards shipping your order no later than the day after your order has been placed. The delivery time will therefore be approximately 1-3 working days in Denmark. When your order has been shipped you will receive a Track & Trace number allowing you to both follow and locate your parcel. In case of pressure of busyness, a longer delivery time may occur.
Shipping costs
Lea Hoyer Jewellery uses GLS parcelshop delivery as the preferred delivery method. In case of delays with GLS Lea Hoyer Jewellery cannot be held accountable for this delay. In case of very overdue or absent orders please send an email to: info@leahoyer.com.

Pick up
At the “check-out” page on leahoyer.com you have the option to collect your order in our studio located in Aarhus C between 08:30 - 16:00 all weekdays. If you choose this option, we will send a message to the email indicated on the order details, when your order is ready for pickup in our studio. At pickup you must show identification in terms of both an order confirmation and present a valid ID.
The return deadline for picked up orders applies from the day the package is ready for pick up at Lea Hoyer
Exchange / replacement
If you want to exchange an item to a different size or to replace it with another item, you must return your original order, and place a new order on the new item that you wish to purchase. When we receive your return order, we will make a refund to the same method of payment that you used making the original purchase. If you wish to exchange or replace your order on our studio in Aarhus, you can arrange for an appointment at customer-care@leahoyer.com.
Return
If you want to return an order
If you wish to exercise a return of your order within 14 days after your purchase, you can create a return label here. You will then receive your return label by email. You will also receive a return form, which you must enclose in the package.
The price for a return label is 50 DKK and it will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
Other European countries: The expense of a return label is 180 DKK.
If you do not wish to make use of a return label from Lea Hoyer, the item should be returned to:

Return of gifted sale items
Gifts can be returned within 14 days from the day it was given. Sale items can be exchanged 14 days from receiving the order. If sale items are purchased as a gift, the return can not be extended.
Have you received a free gift with your purchase
If you have received a free gift in connection with a purchase at Lea Hoyer, the gift must be returned if you return your original purchase.
Important Information
We recommend that you send the parcel with GLS. Parcels must be sent directly to our address. We do not accept parcels that have been delivered to either parcel shops or pickup locations. We do not accept parcels sent with DAO.
We have to receive the returned item within 14 days from the delivery date. If this is not the case, the item will be returned to you. The item must be in the same condition as you received it. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to reject the returned item. Return of goods is your responsibility and it is important that you keep your tracking number safe in case of the parcel disappearing. The return deadline for picked up orders applies from the day the package is ready for pick up at Lea Hoyer. Special made order: It is not possible to return a specially made order, as the agreement is binding.
If you wish to return your order on our address in Aarhus, you can book an appointment at customer-care@leahoyer.com.
Remember to enclose your order number and your full name when returning an order, so we can identify you and the relevant purchase.
Lea Hoyer Jewellery offers you the right to cancel purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving your purchase. If you decide to cancel your purchase, you are accountable for returning the item in the same condition as you received it. When the purchased goods have been returned to us, and the condition has been accepted, the purchase price will be reimbursed to your account within a few days.
If you wish to make use of your cancellation right, you need to inform Lea Hoyer Jewellery about this at info@leahoyer.com no later than 14 days after you have received your order. The parcel should also be returned to our address no later than 14 days after the customer has received the parcel.
Claim policy
Lea Hoyer Jewellery grants customers 2 years warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by mishandling of the item, gold-plating or lack of maintenance. The item can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement or by appointment, possibly crediting. If you wish to register a complaint regarding a faulty item or flaws and deficiencies, please contact us as soon as possible at info@leahoyer.com
Right to complain
In case of a disagreement about a solution regarding a complaint or a faulty item, the customer has the right to complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution and subsequently the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority, if an agreement about a settlement cannot be reached with first mentioned.
Bespoke
When you are shopping at Lea Hoyer Jewellery you are automatically accepting our sales conditions. Therefore, we advise you to thoroughly read through all the below mentioned terms and conditions before you start shopping at Lea Hoyer Jewellery. At Lea Hoyer we love to help you with special queries. It all starts with a meeting in our studio or online, where we will discuss the different options and talk about your require-ments.
Please note that your submission of the order is a legally binding agreement. A binding agreement has been entered once you have payed the deposit. If you do not wish to continue the collaboration after the design process has begun, you will not be refunded the deposit.
Delivery The time frame for a specially designed piece of jewellery will take between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the magnitude. The jewelery can either be picked up on Vestergade 3b 1 floor in Aahus or sent by appointment.
Return It is not possible to return a specially made order, as the agreement is binding. Size Control If the ring does not fit as expected, Lea Hoyer Jewelery will cover the cost of resizing within two weeks after receiving the ring. After the two weeks, it costs 500 DKK to change the size of the ring.
