Delivery before Christmas: If you want to make sure the parcel arrives before Christmas, place your order on the 18th December before 17:00. 

We would like to inform you that the increased demand during the holiday season may lead to longer delivery times with the shipping companies. Therefore, we recommend placing orders well in advance

Gift wrapping: At check out you can choose gift wrapping. 

Christmas return: Orders purchased from the 20th of November to the 23rd of December can be exchanged until the 11th of January 2026.

Returns: If a gift needs to be returned or exchanged, the recipient can only initiate the return if you have the order no. and email from the giver. Returns can be initiated here

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange or return items in our showroom in Aarhus.

If the recipient wants the money back, it can only be done to the buyer's card. It is also possible for the recipient to receive a credit certificate for leahoyer.com. 

Christmas Pick-up: We are open in our showroom in Aarhus. You have the opportunity to pick up your online order and buy your Christmas gifts.
